Yes, creating an account allows you to track orders, view your order history, and manage addresses and payment methods.
Click on the "Login" or "My Account" link at the top of the website. Enter your email and password, then click “Log In” to access your account dashboard. Forgot your password? Click the “Lost your password?” link to reset.
Once logged in, visit your Account Dashboard and click "Orders" to see your recent orders and their status (e.g., Processing, Shipped, Completed, On Hold).
Your order may be on hold because your required screening or medical form is incomplete or pending approval. Orders will not ship until your screening is reviewed and approved. Once approved, your order status updates automatically and you'll receive a shipping confirmation email.
